                                                                 INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS

To qualify for this program, the individual being honored must have served in one of the United States Armed Forces. First priority will be given to Veterans from each location ( Born, Raised, or Resided), then veterans from outside the Greater Mohawk Valley area will be considered. This form can be submitted online, or may be downloaded, printed and sent in, following the directions on the downloaded form. Pictures and payment also need to be submitted. Proofs of all banners will be posted to this website, the week of April 8. IF and ONLY if there are corrections, they need to be submitted by April 12. If there are no corrections, please follow the directions on the proofs.
